The book contained 7,224 names of the faithful who made a Gift of Faith for Pope Benedict XVI. He told representatives of the charity: “Churches in the Middle East are threatened in their very existence... May God grant Aid to the Church in need strength to help wherever the need is greatest.”

Please help provide food parcels for 750 Christian families in northern Iraq who have fled violence and instability.
At Christmas and Easter, the Sisters who work with the families hand out hampers containing basic essentials.

Support seminarians in Lebanon
Every year, you support 15,000 seminarians worldwide on their journey to God’s altar.
With limited training resources in Syria and Iraq, young seminarians are crossing the border to complete their studies in Lebanon – a cornerstone of faith in the Middle East.
A gift of £40 will pay for one month of study for a seminarian.
Religious education for children in Iraq
Please help us provide teaching materials for young Catholics in villages near Mosul and Kirkuk, in Iraq.
