Extremists in Nigeria have been carrying out almost daily attacks on communities across the ethnic, religious and political spectrum.

Christians have been in the direct line of fire, with more than 100 killed since the turn of the year alone. But despite their fear, they have refused to give in to demands to leave or face the consequences.
