Please join Aid to the Church in Need on a Protest March against Pakistan's Blasphemy Laws at 11am on Saturday, 2nd July in London.
Organised by the British Pakistani Christian Association, the march will bring together Christian and Muslim leaders, as well as guests from key charities and lobbying organisations.
The march starts at 11am with an informal prayer service and talks in front of the Pakistan Embassy on Lowndes Square, Knightsbridge SW1X 9JN, before heading to Downing Street.
A key part of the day will be the submission of the names of signatories of a petition against the Blasphemy Laws to the Pakistan Embassy and to 10 Downing Street. UK Director Neville Kyrke-Smith will be representing Aid to the Church in Need at this presentation.

The day will also include a minute's silence in memory of Shahbaz Bhatti, Pakistan's minister for minorities, who was assassinated in March 2011 after speaking out against the blasphemy laws.

John Pontifex, Aid to the Church in Need's Head of Press and Information, will be addressing the crowd during the day. Other guests expected at the rally include Bishop Dr Michael Nazir Ali, the former Anglican Bishop of Rochester, Stuart Windsor of Christian Solidarity Worldwide, Lee Scott MP and representatives from Christian, Sikh, Hindu and Muslim organisations.
